For more than 40 years, Sipar has been working in Cambodia to promote access to education, literacy, and skills development for the most vulnerable populations. Beyond the activities we carry out, we now want to better understand, measure, and share the tangible changes our actions are bringing about on the ground.
It is in the spirit of transparency, continuous improvement, and accountability that we are publishing our very first impact report.
This document outlines the monitoring and evaluation methods implemented by Sipar, the key results observed between 2024 and 2026 in several of our programs, and the lessons learned that will guide the evolution of our work. In particular, you will learn about the impact of our projects on children, youth, families living in brick-making villages, people in detention, and Cambodia’s most isolated communities.
