Over the past 40 years, Sipar Action newspaper has undergone a number of changes. First in black and white, then in 2 colors, 4 colors, photocopied, printed on newsprint and digitally printed since 2011, it is entirely written by the Sipar team and laid out voluntarily by Pixels & Papillon.
